What is Aarogya Setu Mobile App?
Aarogya Setu is a mobile application developed by the Government of India to connect essential health services with the people of India in our combined fight against COVID-19.
The App is aimed at augmenting the initiatives of the Government of India, particularly the Department of Health, in proactively reaching out to and informing the users of the app regarding risks, best practices and relevant advisories pertaining to the containment of COVID-19.
Who has Developed Aarogya Setu Mobile App?
Aarogya setu app developed by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology through Public-Private Partnership under the guidance of NIC in just over 4 days.
Arogya Setu App- How it Works?
The Aarogya setu mobile application uses smartphones’ location data and Bluetooth to see if a user has been near a COVID-19 infected person.
The app will share user data with the government in case anyone has been in contact with a person who has tested positive for coronavirus.
The App will augment Government of India’s initiatives in proactively reaching out to and informing the users the potential risk of infection, best practices and relevant medical advisories pertaining to the containment of COVID-19 pandemic.

You can download the mobile app from google play store and app store. The app is made available in 11 launguges.
